Third place winner in the Small Portrait category at the 2024 International Quilt and Fiber Art Festival (IQFAF). This piece was inspired by a combination of three factors: The desire to practice different facial expressions; the 2024 Pantone color of the year, Fuzzy Peach; and a need to witness my own pain in a time when no one else was in my life to see it.
